    I initially loved these bulbs. They had a great appearance and dimmed smoothly. I did notice that the silver screw-in part was longer than usual, so I replaced the candle covers with slightly longer ones to minimize the difference. However, one of the five bulbs failed in less than five months of occasional use, which is unacceptable.

    Out of the three bulbs I received, one of them came apart before installation. However, the remaining bulbs function as described. Just be aware that the base is longer than standard incandescent bulbs, causing them to sit higher in the socket and expose the metal threads.
